ABOUT
Rainbow International College (RIC), located at the heart of Kathmandu, Metropolitan City, Dallu/ Chhauni Kathmandu near the foothill of Swoyambhu is one of the co-educational institutions established in 2050 (1994) by a professional team of well experienced scholars, experts, enthusiastic academicians, faculties and educationists of having a good experience in caring and offering professional advice to students.
The college offers Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), Bachelor in Humanities and Social Sciences (B.A.) and Bachelor in Business Studies (BBS) and Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA). These programs have been running since academic session 2006 AD. Inspired by the success of 10 +2 and Bachelor level, RIC has started Master’s Degree in Business Studies (MBS) and Master’s Degree in Education (M.Ed) specializing English and EPM from the academic session 2009 AD. All Bachelors and Master Degree programmes are affiliated to Tribhuvan University.

- To impart modern, scientific, practical productive and skillful education in a homely, psychologically sound and suitable academic environment .
Evaluations System
The college have at least two assignment and two presentations are required per semester/year in each subject. There are three internal examinations administered to assess students’ progress in an academic year. And two internal examinations are administered per semester in Semester based course in Bachelor & Master Level. Students will be qualified for the Board (Final) Examination when they secure at least total 60% (B+) score in each subject in the examinations. Less than 90% attendance and failure in the pre-board exam will have no chance to attend the board exam.
Discipline
Discipline is one of the basic aspects of students’ life. It plays vital role in forming better character and action in students. The students should abide by rules and regulations of college strictly. The students must be regular and punctual. The Students is liable to expulsion from the college if he/she violates college rules and regulations.
Uniform
Rainbow International College prescribes simple uniform to the students and they are obliged to come in proper uniform. Students without prescribed uniform are not allowed to enter the college premises. Options are available to degree level students.
