FHS Diploma in Tourism Development course is a highly well-crafted course with a careful selection of modules for the future managers of the hospitality industry. The division of Basic Course and Core course provides a view to the students about the academic and the practical nature of this course. The students can not only gain competency in different management streams but also they are able to identify, judge, and make an apt decision according to the need of the day.

Upon completion of graduation, the students will be able to:

  • Acquire basic technical, managerial, and social skills required of a professional in handling hotel, customers, and hospitality operations
  • Apply cost control measures for greater economy and success of the business operation
  • Set standards for the offer of quality services to customers
  • Develop positive attitudes towards the trade with greater initiative and self-confidence in handling the operations, and
  • Hold supervisor and/or manager positions in the hotel, restaurant, and other hospitality industries with adequate knowledge and skills of management functions

Notes: Tourism Management

  1. Students are registered directly to the Ministry of Education Austria through the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences
  2. Students will be issued a Student's Card from Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and will have Membership of Student Welfare Council Salzburg University of Applied Sciences.
  3. Registration, Admission & Legalization Fee are strictly non-refundable. In case of termination with prior notice, the semester fee will be charged only for the attended period.
  4. Semester Fee includes Monthly Tuition Fee, University Fee, Practical Fee & Examination Fee but the back paper fee will be charged separately,
  5. The Chinese Language is subject to an additional charge of Rs 5000/- per year per student for two years
  6. The above fee structure excludes Text Books and Manuals, Uniforms, Transportation, Graduation and Certificate of University
  7. Security Deposit of equivalent Euro 500 in form of cash or bank guarantee should be produced during the time of admission which is refundable only upon completion of the course on the case-to-case basis.
  8. Students enrolled in the program will undergo an internship of one year Nepal or in abroad
