Butwal City Campus has been offering academic programs like Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Legislative Law (BALLB), and Bachelor of Travel and Tourism Management (BTTM) to deserving students from our building located in Nayagaun, Butwal.
BALLB is a five-year and ten-semester program committed to providing the best legal education under the guidance of a dedicated team of Law Faculties and successful legal practitioners. This program is pursued through the integration of internships, moot courts, and simulation and negotiation exercises to acquaint students with the actual functioning of the court. The BTTM program has been designed to produce professional human resources for the growing travel, tourism, and hospitality industry in the national and international markets. Both of these programs have been offered towards maintaining and expanding our horizon of world-class education and nurturing the unique community of our bright students.
Mission
In order to materialize its vision, LBU has adopted four basic initiatives: teaching, research, social services, and meditation. Its faculty and associates provide instruction on the Buddha’s teachings, conduct research across the broad field of Buddhist Studies, impart knowledge of canonical language, literature and Buddhist art, and support monastic education.
Vision
Lumbini Buddhist University envisions being an international center of academic excellence and a hub of scholarly interaction on Buddhist knowledge and practice that will contribute the welfare of humanity at large.
