Admission Notice for DM/MCh Program: Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences

Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences (KUSMS) has issued an admission notice for the DM/MCh Program for the Academic Session 2025, calling on selected candidates to finalize their enrollment process promptly.

The notice specifically targets candidates who have successfully cleared the entrance examination administered by the Medical Education Commission (MEC) and have subsequently been chosen for the DM/MCh program at Kathmandu University and its affiliated colleges through the open house matching process.

Key Admission Deadlines and Process:

1. The admission process will be completed online. All selected candidates are informed to fill out the online admission form available at www.kusms.edu.np by December 2, 2025 (Mangsir 16, 2082) within 3 pm. The candidate will receive a confirmation email after the submission of the online admission form.
2. Candidates must print the admission confirmation slip from their MEC Portals after the admission confirmation email is received.
3. Bank voucher of the first installment fees must be deposited at: Nepal Investment Megha Bank Ltd. in the Account KU-SMS-1, No. 00502050250498, Banepa Branch.

Notes

1. All the colleges are informed to collect the required documents as mentioned in the admission notice published by the Medical Education Commission (MEC) dated 2082/08/12.
