Postgraduate Programs Admission Notice : Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences

Kathmandu University School of Medical Sciences extends an invitation to all candidates who have satisfactorily completed the selection procedure administered by the Medical Education Commission (MEC) and have been chosen in accordance with the announcement made on March 18, 2024, for Kathmandu University and its associated institutions, in compliance with MEC regulations as given below:

1. Admission process will be completed physically.
2. All the selected candidates are informed to fill admission form by 13th Chaitra, 2080 (26th March 2024, 2:00 PM) to process the admission.
3. Candidates must visit Dean's Office, KUSMS, Dhulikhel (Dhulikhel Hospital) with admission form along with the copies of certificates on or before 13th Chaitra, 2080 (26th March, 2024) by 2:00 PM for confirmation of admission.
4. Bank voucher of the first installment fees must be deposited at: Nepal Investment Megha Bank Ltd. in the Account KU-SMS-1, No. 00502050250498, Banepa Branch as follows: (Candidates depositing through cheque, must submit credit advice certificate from the bank)

Note:

1. There is no provision of refunding fees once deposited.
2. Other information about orientation program and class commencement date will be published on the official website i.e. www.kusms.edu.np once the admission process is completed.
