Note: 

• Each scholarship holder student must maintain the result to continue the scholarship in Grade 12. The Scholarship does not continue if the student fails in the terminal exam.
• Merit Awards are provided to the first, second, and third students in each term as follows:
  • First Student: 100% off in the monthly fee up to the next terminal exam.
  • Second Student: 50% off in the monthly fee up to the next terminal exam.
  • Third Student: 25% off in the monthly fee up to the next terminal exam.
• Most Punctual Student Prize: A cash prize is awarded to the most regular punctual student for the year from the sum collected for absence fines for Grades XI and XII.
• Total fees paid in Grade XI and XII are refunded to the topper of Grade 11 and 12 in the NEB Board Exam.

Eligibility

• Students must have secured a prescribed GPA in SEE or the equivalent examination conducted by NEB.

Admissions

• Students must submit the prescribed admission forms distributed by the school/college administration.

Entrance exams

• Applicants must appear in the entrance test.

Interview

• Entrance-test passed students are called for an interview. Parents/Guardians should come with the students at the time of the interview. Qualified students will be taken admission at MODERN. The school/college reserves the right to approve or reject any application without prior notice.
