Galaxy Public School follows a structured and transparent admission process. Admission is based on performance in the entrance exam and interview, following the submission of the application form.
Step 1: Registration
Complete the Official Application Form attached to the prospectus.
Submit the form along with the required photocopies of documents.
Pay the non-refundable registration fee at the Admissions Office within the given deadline.
Note: Registration does not guarantee admission.
Step 2: Entrance Examination & Interview
Registered applicants will be invited to appear for an Entrance Test, followed by a personal interview.
Step 3: Result Announcement
Results will be published on the school notice board within 3 days of the entrance test.
Step 4: Admission Confirmation
Selected students must complete all admission formalities within 7 days of the result announcement.
Step 5: Fee Payment
Pay the admission fee, annual charges, tuition fees, and other applicable fees to confirm enrollment.
Scholarship Information
Scholarships for Underprivileged Students: For many years, the school has been providing full or partial scholarships to economically disadvantaged children, especially girls from remote districts of Nepal.
Merit-Based Scholarships: High-achieving students in the Higher Secondary Section (Grade XI and XII) are also eligible for performance-based scholarships.
Annual Awards and Grants: Each year, deserving students from Grades VI to XII are recognized on the Annual Day with awards, grants, and scholarships based on academic performance and overall merit.

Entrance Examination Details
There is no entrance examination required to enroll in the Plus Two streams.
