Re-Entrance Notice

According to the notice issued by the Technical Education and Vocational Training Council (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations (OCE), on 2081/03/15, if there are vacancies for full-fee seats in the Diploma/Certificate level programs of General Medicine and Pharmacy, educational institutions are required to invite Re-Entrance applications from eligible candidates by publishing a notice in the Gorkhapatra national daily.

The entrance exam and result announcement must follow the guidelines specified in the Admissions Directive, 2081. A subcommittee established within the respective educational institution, including officials from the Council’s Provincial Office, will conduct the Re-Entrance exams, and the concerned institution will announce the results.

Institutions must comply with the conditions outlined in the "Entrance Examination, Scholarship Distribution, and Admissions Directive, 2081" and the notice issued on Asoj 07, 2081, for registration. Candidates can submit their entrance exam application forms either at the respective educational institution or at the Council’s Provincial Office.

  • Application Form Submission Deadline at the Educational Institute: Kartik 08, 2081 (October 24, 2024), until 4 PM
  • Final Date for Institutions to enter details in ITMS Online: Kartik 08, 2081 (October 24, 2024), until 11:59 PM
  • Final Date for Institutions to submit Application Fees: Kartik 09, 2081 (October 25, 2024)
  • Date for Re-Entrance Exam: Kartik 10, 2081 (October 26, 2024), 9 AM
  • Exam Center for Re-Entrance Exam: Respective Educational Institute

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has announced admissions in Diploma in Pharmacy for the academic year 2081/82.

Eligibility

Secured at least grade C in C. Mathematics, C. English, and C.Science in School leaving Certificate (SLC) examination from a recognized academic institution and an average GPA of at least 2.

Important Information/Dates

  1. Form fee: Rs. 1,500 
  2. Form Submission Start: 2081 Ashadh 16, onwards 
  3. Form Submission Last Date: 2081 Sharwan 13 
  4. Entrance Exam Date: 2081 Sharwan 19, from 8 AM onwards 
  5. Exam center: The exam center will be published later. 

Required documents

  • 2 recent passport-size color photographs showing apparent facial features,
  • Photocopy of the educational qualification certificate of SLC/SEE or equivalent,
  • For those who passed SLC/SEE or a similar examination from countries other than Nepal, a certified copy of equivalence is determined by the body designated by the Government of Nepal.
