Issues in Diploma in Engineering Programs in Nepal

One of the issues is that the students who want to pursue their Diploma Program in Engineering after SEE find the curriculum gap in the course of study because of the variations of the subjects that they studied in Grade 10 and Diploma level.

Another key issue is created by a quota system. CTEVT provides various quotas and scholarships on the basis of different categories. However, there are cons to the quota system. The provision of the quota system, it has also led to the difference in the level of education which results in less pass percentage.
