Gandaki College of Engineering and Science (GCES) is managed by a non-profit organization called the "Gandaki Public Education Trust." The college is affiliated with Pokhara University and offers Bachelor's programs in Software Engineering (B.E. Software) and Computer Engineering (B.E. Computer), as well as a Master of Science program in Information System Engineering (M.Sc. ISE). The college is owned by Nepal's Ministry of Education, and its operations are overseen by the "Gandaki Public Education Trust."
