Embassy of India, Kathmandu, invites applications from eligible candidates for the post of Lower Division Clerk. The applicant should have the following qualifications.
i) Minimum of Graduate Degree or equivalent & for ExServicemen of Defence Govt. of India minimum 12th pass or equivalent.
ii) Age criteria 21-35 years as of 01 Dec 2023 & for Ex-servicemen of Defence, Govt. of India maximum age below 40 years.
iii) Professional qualification: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet.
iv) Work experience in relevant fields and good communication skills in English and Nepali.
Prospective applicants are encouraged to send their applications to the Office of the Assistant Military Attaché (Pension), Military Pension Branch, Defence Wing, Embassy of India, Kathmandu. The submission should include the most recent curriculum vitae, two recent passport-size photographs, contact information, and copies of educational qualifications, work experience letters, etc. Submissions can be made either through email at amap.kathmandu@mea.gov.in or by physically dropping copies into the designated box at the main gate of the Embassy. The deadline for submissions is January 8, 2024, by 5:00 PM.
The envelope containing the application should mention “Application for the post of Lower Division Clerk at MPB, Kathmandu-2023”.
Only shortlisted applicants will be informed for further test and interview via email/ phone.
