Siddharthanagar Municipality is one of the 16 municipalities in Rupandehi District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 74,436, comprising 37,249 males (50.0%) and 37,187 females (50.0%), with a literacy rate of 86.12%. Spanning 36.03 square kilometers, Siddharthanagar Municipality exhibits the population density of 2,066 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 13 wards.
