Shivaraj Municipality is one of the 10 municipalities in Kapilvastu District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 84,810, comprising 41,328 males (48.7%) and 43,482 females (51.3%), with a literacy rate of 72.66%.
