Resunga Municipality is one of the 12 municipalities in Gulmi District of Lumbini Province. As per the 2021 census, the municipality has a total population of 31,551, comprising 14,550 males (46.1%) and 17,001 females (53.9%), with a literacy rate of 85.37%.
