Gandaki Rural Municipality is one of the 11 municipalities in Gorkha District of Gandaki Province. As per the 2021 census, the rural municipality has a total population of 21,394, comprising 10,289 males (48.1%) and 11,105 females (51.9%), with a literacy rate of 72.05%. Spanning 123.86 square kilometers, Gandaki Rural Municipality exhibits the population density of 173 people per square kilometer. Administratively, it is divided into 8 wards.
