The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) has invited applications for admission to its special scholarship program, offering free study at the pre-diploma and diploma levels to students residing in 78 local-level areas who lack access to technical education.

Last date of online form submission: 2082 Sharwan 29 Thursday, up to Midnight (11:59 PM).

Total Seats for the Scholarship: 120 (14 seats in pre-diploma level and 106 seats in diploma/certificate level)

B) For Candidates with Academic Qualifications in the Percentage Grading System

For Pre-Diploma and an 18-month program
For Candidates with Academic Qualifications in the Percentage Grading System: Must have passed the SLC or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution.
For Candidates with Academic Qualifications in the Letter Grading System: All students who have appeared in all subjects of the SEE examination and obtained 'Non Graded (NG) in the results are also eligible to participate in this level program.
Required documents :
The applicant must submit the required certificates themselves along with the form. The application form will be rejected if the required documents are not attached to the online application.
(a) A certified copy of the Citizenship Certificate, or for minors, a certificate verifying Nepali citizenship or a certified copy of the Birth Registration Certificate.
(b) Certified copies of the marksheet (academic transcript) and character certificates for passing the S.E.E., Technical S.L.C./Pre-Diploma. In the case of the 29-month Technical S.L.C., the marks ledger of the test examination is required.
(c) A certified copy of the Migration and Equivalency Certificate (required for those who have passed their exams from boards other than the S.E.E. Board of the Government of Nepal).
(d) A recent passport-sized (35x45mm) photograph with a clearly visible face.
(e) In the case of migration (relocation), a letter from the local authority confirming the migration, dated at least six (6) months prior to the publication date of this notice, must be submitted.
