Eligibility:
- The candidate must be a Nepali citizen.
- For Master in Population, Gender and Development (MPGD) and Master of Arts in English programs, the candidate must have passed the Bachelor's level in any subject.
- For the MPhil in English program, the candidate must have passed the Master's level in any subject.
- For Master's programs, the candidate must have passed the Bachelor's level with a CGPA of 2.00/4.00 or a second division for the MPhil program; the candidate must have passed with a CGPA of 3.00/4.00 or 50% marks.
- The candidate must have studied in a government or public school or a school fully funded by the government from grade 6 to SEE or SLC (grade 10). However, even though it is stated that candidates must have passed SEE or SLC from government or public schools if the available scholarship quota remains vacant, candidates who have studied in institutional or private schools and passed SEE or SLC will also be provided scholarships based on merit.
- For Master's level studies, only those candidates who have not exceeded 3 years from the date of passing the Bachelor's level can submit applications.
- For the MPhil program, there is no time limit after passing the Master's level.
- Teacher/Employee Child Scholarships will be funded according to the Scholarship Regulations, 2065.
Documents to be submitted:
- Copy of citizenship certificate.
- Voucher of the required entrance exam fee.
- For Master level: Transcript of SLC or equivalent, +2 or certificate level, and transcript of Bachelor and character certificate.
- For M.Phil programs: Transcript of SLC or equivalent, +2 or certificate level and transcript of Bachelor and character certificate along with Master passed transcript and character certificate.
