The Shrijay Memorial ICT Cup 2025, organized by Prime IT Club, a student-led initiative of Prime College, concluded with resounding success, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of participants and spectators alike. Held on January 12 and 19, 2025, at United Futsal in Bafal, the tournament was more than just a futsal competition—it was a heartfelt tribute to the late Mr. Shrijay Tuladhar, former president of Prime IT Club, whose vision and leadership continue to inspire the community.
The tournament, themed “Break from Tech,” brought together 16 IT companies from across Kathmandu. It offered participants a chance to step away from their screens and engage in healthy competition. The event celebrated camaraderie, collaboration, and the enduring spirit of teamwork that Mr. Tuladhar championed during his tenure.
“Shrijay Dai’s values of leadership, teamwork, and community continue to guide us,” said a spokesperson from Prime IT Club. “This tournament is our way of honoring his legacy and bringing people together meaningfully.”
Code Himalaya emerged victorious in the tournament finale against the defending champions Cloudfactory.
The Shrijay Memorial ICT Cup 2025's success was made possible by the unwavering support of sponsors and partners. Ather Energy, the official sponsor, played a pivotal role in bringing the event to life. People's Dental College and Hospital, as the medical partner, ensured the health and safety of all participants. Gift partners like Arcade Time, Chatni, Vanity Men, The Best Archery Pvt.
