Prime College Hosts "She Leads: Inspiring Journey of Wonder Women" Event

Prime College, under the auspices of the Prime Entrepreneurial Management Club, hosted a remarkable event titled "She Leads: Inspiring Journey of Wonder Women" at their Seminar Hall. The event aimed to inspire and empower future leaders through the extraordinary stories of seven exceptional women who have overcome significant challenges to achieve success.

The event featured a distinguished lineup of guest speakers. Shrinkhala Khatiwada, Miss Nepal 2018 and founder of Gatha, shared her visionary journey and the struggles associated with womanhood. Zenisha Moktan, Miss Nepal 2009 and Retail Director at IMS Group, provided insights into her branding journey and personal experiences. Pranayana KC, co-founder and CEO of Hivelaya, recounted her transformative experience of studying abroad, overcoming obstacles, and establishing her own business. Their stories offered invaluable knowledge and inspiration to the attendees.

Additionally, four in-house speakers shared their compelling narratives. Sushma Maharjan, Principal of Prime Global School, discussed her journey from a tuition teacher to principal, emphasizing the importance of seizing opportunities and overcoming challenges. Barsha Manandhar, CEO of Dhago Ko Chura, recounted her experiences of starting a business from scratch and the entrepreneurial challenges she faced. Samikshya Giri, a BSc. CSIT student, spoke about overcoming judgment and building her confidence. Shraya Shrestha, a BBA student, explored the "5 Chambers of Womanhood," providing unique insights into the various aspects of being a woman. Their stories highlighted the power of determination and resilience.

The event concluded with attendees feeling passionate, empowered, and empathetic. Motivated by the stories of perseverance and success, they left with a renewed determination to face their own challenges. The event not only celebrated the accomplishments of these extraordinary women but also encouraged future leaders to pursue their dreams. The day left everyone feeling connected and driven, ready to make a positive impact on the world.
