A campaign called "one school, one library" will be run by the Private and Boarding Schools' Organization Nepal (PABSON).
Each school will have a librarian as well. In the upcoming three years, Pabson intends to teach 5,000 librarians and 5,000 IT specialists.
In order to develop this workforce, PABSON has formed agreements with the Library Development Forum and IT Federation Nepal. DK Dhungana, the president of PABSON, stated that this personnel will be developed at the municipal level during the program held to sign the agreement.
