In a recent development, the Teachers Service Commission has unveiled the results of the Lower Secondary Level Teaching License examination, shedding light on the performance of candidates who sat for the test on Kartik 18.
According to data disclosed by AYOL, only 8.61 percent of the candidates emerged successful in the examination. The nationwide participation in the license examination was substantial, with a total of 151,012 candidates. Among them, 13,007 individuals managed to pass the rigorous evaluation.
The Commission, in its official notification, has made it convenient for candidates to access the published results. The outcomes can be obtained via SMS and are also available on the official website of the Commission.
Breaking down the results by provinces, the Koshi province saw 2,130 successful candidates out of 24,039, while in the Madhes province, 1,614 out of 22,855 examinees secured a passing grade. In the Bagmati province, 2,002 candidates out of 17,651 successfully passed the examination, and in the Gandaki province, 1,152 individuals out of 11,897 participants achieved success.
Similarly, in the Lumbini province, 2,863 out of 29,230 candidates triumphed in the examination, and in the Karnali province, 1,574 out of 24,154 candidates earned a passing grade. The Far Western Province witnessed 1,672 successful candidates out of the 21,186 individuals who participated in the exam.
Candidates who have successfully passed the examination have been granted a window until Mangsir 27 to rectify any errors in their online forms, including name, surname, father's name, citizenship number, and permanent address.
Furthermore, the commission underscores the importance of addressing any discrepancies in teaching permit details within one year from the publication of the results. After this specified period, corrections will not be permitted, as per the commission's statement.
