The Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) has officially announced the date for the Registration Certificate Exam, scheduled for Falgun 10, 2081. This notice is intended to inform all interested candidates of the examination details and the necessary steps for registration.
Key Information
- Online Form Submission: Magh 01, 2081 to Magh 30, 2081 (January 14, 2025 to February 12, 2025)
- Online Late Fee Submission: From Falgun 01, 2081 to Falgun 05, 2081 (February 13, 2025 to February 15, 2025) Till 5:00 PM
- Examination Date: Falgun 10, 2081 (February 22, 2025) Saturday
Candidates are required to submit their applications online through the official portal: application.nnc.org.np. No other means of submission will be accepted.
Examination Fees
- The fee for the Proficiency Certificate Level Nursing and B.Sc. Nursing Name Registration Examination is Rs. 3,100/-.
- A late fee of Rs. 6,100/- will apply for submissions made after the initial deadline.
- The examination fee must be paid through the Online Payment gateway Khalti.
Examination Details
- The written examination will consist of 150 questions, with a minimum passing score of 50% required.
- All required educational documents must be published and submitted by 2081/10/30. Candidates who fail to submit the necessary documents within the specified time will not be permitted to sit for the exam, and the Council will not be held responsible.
Eligibility
Candidates wishing to participate in the registration examination must have successfully completed either the Proficiency Certificate Level in Nursing (PCL Nursing) or B.Sc. Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
Special Instructions
- Candidates who have studied outside Nepal since October 15, 2020, must upload an eligibility letter from the Medical Education Commission.
- Original identity documents such as a national identity card, citizenship, passport, or driver's license must be presented on the day of the examination.
- If deemed necessary, the examination committee may conduct an interview with the candidates.
