Nepal Pharmacy Council has published a notice regarding the 18th licensing examination for the Pharmacist and Assistant Pharmacist.
Application form submission Deadline: 2078-07-04, 10 AM onwards to 2078-08-03 up to 5 PM.
Application form submission Process
- Visit the website of Nepal Pharmacy Council and Click the Name Registration Section or directly visit this link
- Choose your recent academic qualification level (Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor in Pharmacy)
- Properly fill in the information asked in the application form. You can fill the application form for Name registration only up to three times, so fill the form with utmost care.
- You have to upload various documents such as citizenship, all the academic certificates from PCL to this level after Notary Public Attest.
- Application form will be voided automatically if submitted without attesting the documents.
