Government of Nepal, National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Controller's Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has amended clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 7 of Letter Grading Guideline 2078.
"Students will be allowed to participate in the annual examination for three years only in the subject in which they did not receive the specified grade if they are unable to achieve the specified grade on the regular or grade enhancement examination."
Note: It is required that the federal examination administration and its branch offices notify the schools in their service area in compliance with this notification and have it implemented beginning with this year's annual examination for the class of 2080.
