December 5, 2019 Kathmandu: National Trust For Nature Conservation- Central Zoo organized Inter FOZ School Rhino Indoor Cricket Tournament 2076 on Mangshir 18, 2076 (December 4, 2019) and Mangshir 19, 2076 (December 5, 2019). It was a two day event, organized on the occasion of 24th Anniversary of NTNC Central Zoo. The motive behind the tournament is also to administer the overall development of the students by teaching lessons like discipline, responsibility, self-confidence and it also has health benefits as a bonus.
Twelve FOZ schools had participated in the tournament. Janapremi Cricket Team comprised of vigorous, and energetic students. From the beginning of the tournament, they showed amazing cricket skills and did their best to score the win. Ultimately, the team was able to achieve the most precious second position in the tournament.
After the victory, the Janapremi Cricket Team Coach said that Adarsha Janapremi English Secondary School puts high emphasis on sports along with academics. The school's goal is to foster and develop the sense of teamwork, communication and leadership skills through sports.
