In a noteworthy development for technical education in Nepal, the Sinja Rural Municipality in Jumla has declared the establishment of a Polytechnic Institute in Dilauri, Bhadgaon, offering unprecedented access to vocational training for local youth. Overcoming initial challenges, the project secured a substantial 17,165 square meters of land through collective contributions from Bhadgaon residents, with plans for further expansion.
Endorsed by the Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), the institute aims to meet national educational standards, providing practical technical education to address the demand for skilled manpower, particularly benefiting economically disadvantaged students.
