Nepali engineering college students have successfully secured an international research grant exceeding Rs.15 lakhs. The recipients include Biplav Paneru, a current student at the college, Anup Paudel, a recent graduate, and Vishwa Paneru, a fourth-year graduate from the Pulchowk campus.
The grant has been awarded for their research project titled 'Techno-Economic Analysis of Cryogenic CO2 Capture Process of Nepal and its Application.' Biplav, Anup, and Vishwa have been chosen for this climate solution project as part of the United Engineering Foundation's grant program, making it the sole project selected from Asia.
