Prof. Dr. Shilu Bajracharya has been named the next Vice-Chancellor of Nepal Open University (NOU).
Nepal Open University has a new Vice Chancellor, after being without one for over eight months. Lekhnath Sharma's time as VC ended on June 1st of last year.
The names of Bajracharya, Man Prasad Wagle, and Indra Karki were proposed by a recommendation committee constituted under the direction of the Education Minister. Dr. Bajracharya was selected as the new VC from the same list of nominations.
Dr. Bajracharya formerly served as the dean of NOU's Faculty of Management and Law.
