Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Khagendra Prasad Bhattarai Et al 23 officials of Pokhara University, Pokhara have been detained for misappropriation and embezzlement of the University fund.
Following 23 accused have been detained by CIAA as per Sec 16(1) of CIAA Act 2048 with adequate ground to believe that the accused may conceal or destroy the evidence and adversely affect the action being undertaken by the Commission.
CIAA is in search of absconded Engineer Suresh Baral, alleged of the aforementioned crime.
