In  a press release published by CIAA on 28 October, CIAA told that it is serious about the complaint filed at the commission in regards to the radical increment of Admission and School fees by Private Schools in Nepal and that the concerned authorities have remained silent.

CIAA further states that, "According to the Education Act 2028, Sec 16(d), it's Sub Sec 5, 6, 7 and its Regulation 2059, Rule 150 (a) clearly incorporates that the school fees will be prescribed and updated by the Education department in a timely manner which is obligatory to all the schools.
