BPKIHS to set up new hospital

Itahari, Aug 11 (RSS): The BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) has decided to expand its service by establishing a new hospital having 100 beds. The new building will be constructed at Chhatachowk of Dharan. 

The process to initiate construction of new hospital has formally begun after Vice Chancellor at BPKIHS Prof Dr Raj Kumar Rauniyar gave authority to Chairman of employees' welfare society at BPKIHS, Sujendra Tamang, to create atmosphere favourable by establishing coordination with stakeholders including the administration. 

Discussion was also held on the use of the physical infrastructures of the old BPKIHS. Various health facilities are being run at the old building of the BPKIHS at Chhatachowk. 
Tamang has already launched discussion with concerned office bearers of Dharan Sub Metropolis Office and people's representatives about the management of the place and infrastructures for creating new buildings.
