Key Notes
- No alternative arrangements will be made for candidates who are absent according to the above examination schedule.
- Examinations will not be postponed due to unexpected holidays without prior notice from TU.
- If any subjects or papers are omitted or combined in the examination program, inform this office within 7 days of publication on the website. Otherwise, the exam will proceed as scheduled.
- Contact your respective campus for practical exams.
- Examinees must bring their own materials such as log tables, Goshwara vouchers, graph paper, and charts, and use them with the prior approval of the center head.
- Within one month after completing the theoretical examination, the concerned campus must complete practical and internal evaluations and submit the answer sheets and attendance records to this office.
- Prohibited items such as mobile phones, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, and digital diaries are not allowed inside the examination hall. The central president can confiscate such items.
- According to the examination application notice, only the subjects prescribed by the TU rules and syllabus should be included in the examination application form. Ensure the correct course is selected for the examination.
- Examinations taken at unauthorized centers will be automatically cancelled.
Note: It has been reported that some candidates' examination forms have been exempted. These candidates are informed to complete and submit their examination forms at TU OCE Balkhu or the concerned Regional TU OCE by the 5th of Jestha 2081, along with a double fee.
