A: Position: Civil, Sub-Engineer Position (Various Sub-Groups)

| General | Certificate level in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution. |
| Highway | Certificate level in the relevant engineering field or equivalent from a recognized institution. |
| Sanitary | Certificate level in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution. |
| Building and Architect | Certificate level in Civil or Architectural Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution. |
| Irrigation | Certificate level in the relevant engineering field or equivalent from a recognized institution. |
B. For Engineer, Civil, Hydrology, Assistant Hydrologist Position: Certificate level in the relevant engineering field or certificate level in Science or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Age Limit
Candidates must be at least 18 and not over 35 years old. The maximum age limit for women and people with disability is 40 years.
