The BSc CSIT Entrance Exam is a tough national-level test conducted by Tribhuvan University, Institute of Science and Technology (TU IOST). It's for students who want to study Computer Science and Information Technology (CSIT) at the undergraduate level.
To get into good government or private colleges offering BSc CSIT, students must do well on this exam. Many students from all over the country compete for limited spots, making it a challenging and important step in their education.
Candidates who want to appear in BSC CSIT Entrance examination should met the following eligibility criteria.
OR
Passed A level in Science (have studied Physics and Mathematics of 100 marks) and passed at least in D Grade (With or Without Small Letter)
OR
Passed 3 Years Diploma in Engineering program from CTEVT in second division taking both Physics and Mathematics of 100 marks each.
4. Submit the equivalent certificate obtained from the Curriculum Development Center, Sano Thimi, Bhaktapur, if the educational qualification has obtained from foreign institutions or universities.
(Note: Both Biology and Mathematics group of students of +2 level are eligible to apply for the course)
The entrance examination will be of 100 full marks. It will consist of Objective questions with a total of 100 marks, based on the curriculum of I.Sc./Grade 11 and 12 or equivalent, including 25 marks for Mathematics, 25 marks for Physics, 25 marks for Chemistry, 15 marks for English, and 10 marks for Computer-related knowledge.
Objective/Multiple Choice questions will be included in the following subjects based on the curriculum: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and Computer Science.
