Virtual Fiesta 2021 by Universal and New Summit College

With an aim to make productive use of the free time of students diverting them from the stress of the COVID-19 pandemic and keeping them engaged in productive activities, Universal and New Summit College are organizing a virtual event titled 'Virtual Fiesta 2021' in the leadership of students and the college management committee. 

The event aims to bring more than 10,000 individuals especially bachelors and masters level students, experts from various fields, and guardians together through a single virtual platform, where the individuals engage in interactive sessions and are part of various workshops. The event looks promising as young individuals in addition to being able to participate in the interaction session will also be offered skills training fit as per the needs of the current times. The training sessions will specifically target creating opportunities for youth with a special focus on youth-led business idea promotion and training. The sessions will also cover meaningful and motivational discussions on the various facets of the personal as well as professional lives of participants.

The Program will cover training and workshops on topics like sing Excel, share market, public speaking, along with financial literacy program, presentation competition, idea pitching, and a small ceremony to honor the dedication of frontline actors of the country.

Addressing the entire community of students and teachers, the Principal of The Universal and The New Summit College, Dr. Shiva Dutta Gyawali urges everyone to participate in the event that will eventually help support the growth and overall development of both personal and professional qualities in them. Echoing the same, Academic Director Mr. Raju Tandon added that the virtual event will help students garner skills and knowledge beyond the syllabus but highly relevant to the modern world.
