Construction Management  is a professional service that uses specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. The purpose of CM is to control a project's time, cost and quality. CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships.

Eligibility

The Candidate must have passed Bachelor in Civil Engineering / Agricultural Engineering/ Bachelor in Architecture or equivalent with minimum 50% marks or C+ grade (CGPA 2.40) in aggregate.

Note: In case of foreign certificate, student should submit equivalent certificate and grading of each subject with CGPA or document having total percentage from concerned authority.
