American Hospitality Academy (AHA)
Diploma in International Culinary Arts is a pathway program leading to four years bachelor degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. The course is offered with affiliation to American Hospitality Academy.
The course is specially designed for students who have decided on their career path and want to specialize in food production. It is a two years program comprising of four semesters.
Students intern at a luxury star hotels in Nepal and abroad on the third semester. Then students have options to go for a job after completion of diploma or continue to Bachelor's degree of Queen Margaret University. So, this program will lead to Bachelor Degree in International Culinary Arts.
Students who have completed 12th class with 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for DICA program.
