Nepal Open University offers a three-year Bachelor of Law (LLB) program targeted at preparing professional lawyers and legal human resources to meet the requirements of the government, public sector, private sector, and other agencies and legal analysts and researchers. The course consists of 90 credits, including 72 credit hours of compulsory courses and 18 credit hours of optional courses.
Eligibility
Minimum Requirement
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree (12+3) in any discipline or an equivalent Bachelor's degree recognized by the Open University.
Admission Criteria
Selection for admission will be based on Bachelor's level score and a score on the admission test. The eligibility for admission list will be prepared based on the combined score of the Bachelor level and admission test. The entrance test will consist of three segments as defined below:
- Verbal Communication ability (test of English language) - Objective Type
- General Knowledge on Law, particularly in the Constitution of Nepal, Jurisprudence and Nepalese legal system - Objective Type
- General Knowledge and IQ - Objective Type
- Creative writings - Subjective Type
