Diploma in International Culinary Arts is a pathway program leading to four years bachelor's degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. The course is specially designed for students who have decided on their career path and want to specialize in food production. Students who have completed 12th class with 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for the DICA program. It is a two years program, out of four semesters, the three semesters will be conducted at Silver Mountain’s SHM's own state-of-the-art facilities at Lainchour. The kitchen has been designed and built especially for the course. Students intern at luxury star hotels in Nepal and abroad in the third semester. Then students have options to go for a job after completion of a diploma or continue to Bachelor's degree of QMU at Silver Mountain SHM. So, this program will lead to Bachelor Degree in International Culinary Arts.
