The Bachelor in Health Care Management (BHCM) program at Pokhara University is a four-year program that trains students to work in management positions in the healthcare industry. The program's objective is to equip participants with a strong foundation of managerial expertise in the health care sector as well as the discipline to use that expertise in a professional, competent manner to enhance community health.

The following goals are part of the Bachelor of Health Care Management (BHCM) program's strategy to fulfill its mission:

  • To create professionals with a background in health care management and administration.
  • To familiarize students with contemporary theories, methods, and concepts in health care administration.
  • To increase students' understanding of and interest in the critical importance and role that health care management plays in the growth of the nation and its citizens.
  • To prepare students for higher-level research and study in this field, such as a Master's or Ph.D.
