The graduate school was established with the goal of offering high-quality public-sector management education that meets worldwide standards. The school's Master of Public Administration (MPA) program offers an important contribution in this respect.
With the growing recognition that the public sector must be capable of providing quality services, the importance of public management education has risen dramatically. As a result of this understanding, a group of persons with extensive experience in Nepalese public sector management and a strong academic background have banded together with the goal of supporting and satisfying the perceived demand for quality public management education in Nepal.
