ABOUT
Gramodaya Yugkabi Siddhicharan Campus, located in Likhu Rural Municipality-06, Gamnanagtar, Okhaldhunga, Koshi Province, is a prominent educational institution dedicated to providing quality education to students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, particularly females from agricultural communities. The campus offers a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) program, serving as a vital academic hub in the region.
With around 250 students and 12 teaching staff, the campus operates in close collaboration with Gramodaya Yugkabi Siddhicharan Secondary School, while its own facilities are under development, expected to be completed by mid-2024. Known for its strong community reputation and impressive annual success rate of over 80%, the campus provides an enriching academic environment with spacious classrooms, a modest library, internet access, and a variety of extracurricular activities.
The campus is further distinguished by its Youth Red Cross Circle, which plays a key role in shaping students' social skills and preparing them for future challenges. Supported by a team of experienced scholars, Gramodaya Yugkabi Siddhicharan Campus is committed to fostering both personal and intellectual growth, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded education in a nurturing environment.
Objectives
The primary objective of the Campus is to provide psycho-scientific, result-oriented, and student-centered education, coupled with managerial skills and knowledge tailored to individual ages and temperaments. Additionally, the Campus aims to transform students into dedicated, disciplined, efficient, and competent citizens of the country. It is committed to supporting students in achieving their goals in alignment with GYSC’s mission. The specific objectives offered by the Campus include:

Present Plan
The Campus is currently in the process of expanding its infrastructure and increasing student enrollment. The objective is to enhance its facilities and accommodate more students. Additionally, the Campus is committed to offering fee waivers and scholarships to deserving students based on merit and economic background, ensuring accessibility to quality education. The expansion plan aligns with the growing demands for trained teachers in various schools and the managerial skills required at local and district levels in education and local development. To support these goals, the Campus has acquired 5 ropani of land and has set the ambitious target of constructing new facilities, including hostels, laboratories, libraries, and more. These endeavors aim to achieve autonomy and ensure the sustained growth and development of the Campus.
