TU Institute of Forestry MSc Entrance Exam Notice

Tribhuvan University, Institute of Forestry (IOF) announces admission open for the academic session 2081-83 BS (2024-2026 AD) in the following programs:

• M.Sc. Forestry
• MSc in Wildlife Management and Biodiversity Conservation
• MSc in Natural Resource Management and Rural Development 
• MSc Community Forestry
• MSc Mountain Environment and Development Studies
• MSc in Watershed Management

Interested candidates are called for admission to the constituent campuses of the Institute of Forestry and other affiliated campuses.

Entrance Details for MSc Programs

• Application Fee: NPR. 3500 (you need to pay NRs 200 for each additional program by using Connect-IPS, Khalti, or eSewa through the entrance portal)
• Application Deadline with Normal Fee: Mangsir 09, 2081 (November 24, 2024) to Paush 23, 2081 (January 07, 2025)
• Entrance Exam date: Paush 27, 2081 (11 January 2025)
• Examination Center: Kathmandu
