Kathmandu University School of Management (KUSOM) invites applications for MBA for the academic year 2026 (Fall batch).
The KUSOM MBA program is an intensive two-year course spread over six terms of full-time study. In the first year, students complete three terms, each lasting 14 weeks and involving intensive classroom study and practical business projects. In the second year, they complete three terms with options of pursuing a specialization stream in one disciplinary area or going for a specialist MBA degree in one chosen field. Students undertake a comprehensive business research project and work as management interns in organizations for a hands-on experience of management in real-time, and participate in Rural Enterprise Service (RES) program in a rural community in the final year.
Nepali and Non-Nepali nationals with a Bachelor's Degree of at least three-year duration or equivalent in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent in aggregate or 2.0 CGPA on a scale of 4 from universities recognized by Kathmandu University.
Note: Any undergraduate student who has already appeared in the last semester or final annual examination of the program and passed all previous year/semester courses with the required minimum grade/percent and is waiting for the final result may apply on a provisional basis.
Applicants are required to sit for the Kathmandu University Management Admission Test (KUMAT) for admission to the KU School of Management Graduate Program.
KUSOM offers a wide variety of need and merit-based scholarships to students. 20% of the total approved seats are reserved (10% for foreign students and the rest for inclusion categories).
