ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING TO ST. MARY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL IN GRADE XI, SCIENCE

  • Those who have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) regularly with a minimum GPA of 2.8 in aggregate from NEB Board

  • Those who have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) regularly with a minimum GPA of 2.0 in aggregate from NEB Board.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING TO ST. MARY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL IN GRADE XI, HUMANITIES

  • Those who have passed the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) regularly with a minimum of GPA 2.0 in aggregate from NEB Board.

Application Procedure

  • The online Registration Form will be available on the school website from 28th June to 9th July, 2025 (14th to 25th Ashad 2082). For the online registration form click here.
  • Fee of the registration form is Rs. 125 and should be paid through E-payment (Esewa or Khalti) or in cash.
  • It is mandatory to attach the downloaded SEE marksheet and the Pre-Board Grade Sheet while submitting the registration form.
  • It is compulsory to affix a photocopy of the SEE admit card along with the form, and the original admit card must be produced for verification at the time of admission.
  • The candidate must attach a recent passport-size photo along with the form.
  • After filling the necessary information, the applicant will be issued an electronic admit card/hard copy of the admit card.
  • The Last date of submission of the Registration Form will be on 9th July ,2025 (25th Ashad 2082) by 11:30 PM.
  • The Entrance Test will be held on Friday 11th July 2025 (27th Ashad, 2082) at 9:00 AM Sharp.
  • The Timing for the Entrance Test will be published on the website on Thursday, 10th July 2025.

The subjects included in the examination are: 

  • Science:
  • Biology Group:  English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics
  • Computer group:  English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
  • Management: English, Nepali, and Mathematics.
  • Humanities: English and Nepali.

Important Notes

  • St. Mary's Secondary School is only for girls.
  • There is only a limited number of seats, and not all the candidates who qualified in the test will be given admission.
