St. Mary's  Secondary School, Jawalakhel announces admissions open for Grade XI-2079.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING TO ST. MARY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL IN GRADE XI, SCIENCE

  • Those who have passed Secondary Education Examination regularly with Optional Mathematics
  • At least 3.0 GPA in aggregate from NEB Board with minimum B Grade in Science, Mathematics, Compulsory English, Opt. Mathematics and C Grade in remaining subjects in SEE.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING TO ST. MARY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL IN GRADE XI, MANAGEMENT

  • Those who have passed Secondary Education Examination regularly with at least 2.4 GPA in aggregate from NEB Board with minimum C+ Grade in each subject.

ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLYING TO ST. MARY'S SECONDARY SCHOOL IN GRADE XI, HUMANITIES

  • Those who have passed Secondary Education Examination regularly with at least 2.0 GPA in aggregate from NEB Board with minimum C Grade in each subject. School will continue Humanities streams only if there are at least 25 students enrolled for it.

Application Procedure

  • Registration form is available online as well as offline in school office. For online registration form click here.
  • The form can also be collected from school physically from the school office from 9 AM to 2 PM.
  • Fee of registration form is Rs. 125 and should be paid through E-payment (Esewa or Khalti) or in cash. 
  • It is mandatory to attached SEE marksheet, BLE marksheet and class 9 final exam marksheet while submitting the registration form.
  • It is compulsory to affix photocopy of the SEE admit card along with the form and the original admit card must be produced for verification at the time of admission. 
  • The candidate must attach a recent passport size photo along with the form.
  • After filling the necessary information, the applicant will be issued an electronic admit card/hard copy of the admit card.
  • The timing of the entrance examination and the result of the exam will be provided in the school website.

The subjects includes in the examination are: 

  • Science: English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Opt. Mathematics.
  • Management: English, Nepali, and Mathematics.
  • Humanities: English and Nepali.

Impportant Notes

  • St. Mary's Secondary School is only for girls. 
  • There is only a limited number of seats, not all the candidates who qualified in the test will be given admission.
