Admissions Open for MPhil in Public Administration - Tribhuvan University

The M.Phil in Public Administration Program is offered by the Central Department of Public Administration (CDPA). MPhil is a 3-Semester program provided at CDPA building in Kathmandu. There will be an entrance examination and interview to select the students. There will be 30 seats in total.

It focuses on developing a research scholar in the field of public administration. This prepares the ground for doing PhD and academically prepares the future policymakers and leaders of the nation. The subject area focuses on critical skills of data analysis, philosophy, policy, and other background necessary for research. The student is expected to conduct any research flawlessly in any area of life, primarily related to public administration.

The admission form should be downloaded and filled by the applicant with a computer, printed, and submitted to CDPA office at Balkhu, near TU examination center, opposite UML central office.

The applicant should hold a master's degree in any stream with at least a second division to be eligible for the MPhil. Two copies of recent photographs and certificates from SLC to Master level are necessary to submit with the application form. If the applicant has a master's degree from another university, migration certificates are required.
