Admission Open for ADHM and DGCA at Gateway College of Professional Studies

Gateway College of Professional Studies, located in Basundhara, Kathmandu, is a multidisciplinary higher education institution with a strong focus on hospitality management, culinary arts, and information technology.

The college has now opened admissions for the following programs for the academic year 2025. Interested students can apply for the program by following the reference.

Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management (ADHM)

ADHM is a specially designed course for students who want to specialize in the Hotel sector. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to work in the hospitality industry with specialized knowledge of the core departments of a hotel, i.e., food production and patisseries, food and beverage service, housekeeping, and front office.

Eligibility:

The candidates applying for admission to the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management must have fulfilled the following:

  • Successfully passed SEE /SLC or other equivalent examination
  • Preference is given to students who have also completed Class 12 or equivalent for better understanding and career progression.

  • Above the age of 16 years

Diploma in Global Culinary Arts (DGCA)

DGCA is a program designed and owned by LCCI Nepal, quality assured and certified by SQA -Scottish Qualifications Authority. Thus, students earn an international-level degree here in Nepal.

Eligibility:

The candidates applying for admission to the Scottish Diploma in Global Culinary Arts (Scottish DGCA) must have successfully passed the SEE (Class 10) examination.

Required Documents for both programs:

  • Completed Application Form

  • Academic transcripts and certificates, including SLC/SEE Marksheet, SLC/SEE Character Certificate, School Character Certificate, +2 Transcript, +2 Provisional Certificate, and +2 Character Certificate. Students must bring the originals for verification.

  • Recent Passport-Sized Photographs- 8 copies

  • Copy of Citizenship Certificate/Passport

Application Fee: not required
