Research-based Education, a Priority for Universities - Dr. Hemraj Panta

Prof. Dr. Hemraj Panta, professor at Tribhuvan University's Institute of Engineering's Department of Applied Sciences and Chemical Engineering, believes that Nepal's institutions should place a strong emphasis on research-based education. He also believes that the government should encourage this and establish a system in which a significant portion of the budget is set aside for research.
