Position: Head of Department, Civil Engineering

The Role: We seek a visionary Head of Department to lead our Civil Engineering faculty. The successful candidate will drive the department's strategic direction, research initiatives, and educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
- Lead and mentor faculty members and support staff.
- Enhance the department's research profile and funding.

Qualifications:
- A Ph.D or Masters in Civil Engineering Subjects or Closely related field.
- A distinguished record of academic and research excellence.
- Proven Leadership experience in academic setting.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
