NCA College of Management, established in 2004, seeks a qualified and dynamic individual to fill the Assistant Director - Marketing and Business Development role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the college’s marketing and business development initiatives, helping to expand educational programs, and exploring new business opportunities. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with academic institutions, and collaborating with the management team on growth opportunities.
Qualifications Required:
- A qualified ACCA or an MBA from a reputed university.
- Experience in marketing, particularly within the education sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong networking skills and experience in establishing partnerships with colleges and universities.
- The ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
